As head of brand marketing at RBC, Andrew Shibata is responsible for growing the company’s brand and leading its global brand marketing activities. He leads a team responsible for selecting and leveraging sponsorship and cause marketing initiatives, including RBC Canadian Open, PGA of America partnership, the Canadian Olympic Team, Toronto International Film Festival, New York Film Festival, RBC Play Hockey and the RBC Blue Water Project.

Upon completing his MBA at McGill University in Montréal, Andrew joined Molson Canada where he worked in several areas creating integrated marketing programs for some of their leading brands. Subsequently, Andrew spearheaded Molson’s global business development, launching products and growing Molson’s international sales and distribution channels.
